Dropseed Development was established in 2013 by a seasoned multifamily real estate investor and construction expert, Jeffrey L. Koenig. Dropseed Development has completed projects in some of Milwaukee’s most exciting neighborhoods. We have earned a reputation for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and raising home values around our projects.

Our Focus

Our focus is on residential redevelopment and infill in Milwaukee’s Riverwest, Bay View, and Eastside neighborhoods as well as projects in Greater Milwaukee County and Ozaukee County. We also redevelop boutique commercial projects with a focus on the hospitality sector and office sectors.
